In Mad Max: Fury Road, Furiosa was from a group known as the Vuvalini of Many Mothers. She was born in a fertile area of the Wasteland known as The Green Place. She only has one arm. She was kidnapped by Immortan Joe and became an Imperator, one of his most trusted warriors.
Furiosa is the feminine version of the word 'furious' in Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. It's not a great name for a kid, but it would be a cool name for a pet. It does not appear in the SSA name database.
